Founded by our visionary leader, Mr. Prakash Reddy, a first-generation entrepreneur. Our journey began with the divine inspiration of Lord Hanuman, after whom our firm was named – ATB or in other words “Anjaneya Table Bricks“.

ATB Group’s journey began in 1979 when we established our first Brick Factory at Hulimavu, on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Over the years, guided by our founder’s visionary leadership, we expanded our horizons into real estate and warehousing, keeping pace with the country’s growth and globalisation.
With each project, we have evolved and excelled, constructing not just buildings, but dreams. Our plotted developments and warehousing projects cover a vast expanse of about 350 acres till date, spread across approximately over 150 acres of plotted developments and about 190 acres of warehousing projects, offering meticulously designed spaces that blend form with function. We take pride in crafting independent houses that today have become homes, embodying our commitment to quality living. These tally up to over 50 independent houses across the city of Bangalore, ranging from a minimum of 3,500 – 5,000 sq. ft.
As we stand at the cusp of a new era, led by the second generation represented by Mr. Likhith P. Reddy, a double-masters holder in International Business & Real Estate Development, we embrace internationalisation, bringing about global standards to our projects here in South India. At ATB Group, we firmly believe in making a positive impact and giving back to society. As a responsible corporate entity, we have undertaken various initiatives over the years to support the well-being and upliftment of the communities we live in by focusing on key areas such as pension support, disaster relief, healthcare, and infrastructure development, through which we strive to create a lasting impact. Detailed below, are some of our notable initiatives over the years:
01 Ensuring Financial Security through Pension Support
We understand the importance of financial stability, particularly for the most vulnerable sections of society. In view of this, we have collaborated with local authorities to identify and establish a pension program that benefits 1,000 individuals each month. Since 2019, we have been providing a monthly pension of INR 500/- per person, supporting their livelihoods and affording them a dignified life.
02 Promoting Access to Clean Water through Free Drinking Water Plants
Access to safe and clean drinking water is a basic necessity that should be available to all. With this vision in mind, we have established free drinking water plants in four different villages in CK Palya, Hullahalli, Jigani, and S. Bingipura. These plants ensure a sustainable supply of purified water, contributing to better health and hygiene practices within these communities.
03 Prioritising Health & Sanitation through the Installation of Sanitary Lines
Recognising the significance of proper healthcare and sanitation infrastructure, we have taken the initiative to also install sanitary lines in the villages of CK Palya, Hullahalli, Jigani, and S. Bingipura. By facilitating efficient waste management systems, we have improved overall hygiene standards, thereby promoting a healthier environment for the communities we serve.
04 Illuminating Pathways by Installing Street Lights
We strongly believe in fostering safe and secure communities. To empower citizen safety and enhance accessibility, we have installed streetlights over a radius of 5 kilometres in the villages of CK Palya, Hullahalli, Jigani, and S. Bingipura, By illuminating the surroundings, we contribute to the overall security and well-being of the residents, enabling them to navigate their neighbourhoods with confidence.
05 Stepping Up During Challenging Times: Our Disaster Relief Efforts
During the unprecedented global pandemic, our foundation recognised the urgent need for support in the face of widespread hardships. In response, we extended a helping hand by donating 30,000 grocery kits to vulnerable families. By providing essential food supplies during these trying times, we aimed to alleviate immediate burdens and contribute to the well-being of these citizens.
These initiatives reflect our unwavering commitment to social responsibility and community welfare. At ATB Group, we go beyond our core business activities to make a meaningful difference to the lives of others.
